Headway Salisbury and South Wiltshire provides services to adults with acquired brain injury, across Wiltshire, as well as support to their carers, family and friends.
If you wish to refer yourself or someone to any of the Headway Salisbury and South Wiltshire services, please contact Sarah Allen on 07725 827869 or e mail email@example.com
Please note that attendance at the Activities Group must be funded for a person to attend and or receive the service, the cost is currently £5 per session.
Anyone can make a referral.
Referrals must be for someone who has had an acquired brain injury (ABI). Headway Salisbury and South Wiltshire does not offer services to people who have a progressive illness or who have had a brain injury at birth. If the person referred sustained an injury in childhood Headway Salisbury and South Wiltshire reserves the right to carry out an extended assessment or suggest appropriate alternative services.
It is important that anyone referred to the Peer Support or Activities Group is able to behave appropriately in a group setting. An assessment period will be required before a person is given a permanent place in either of these services.
Headway Salisbury and South Wiltshire reserves the right to refuse services. If we are unable to offer a service we will try to help find other providers.
